Tesco was struggling to connect with its customers and lacking a 'human touch', hindering their ability to engage with their audience.
IDEA:
We introduced the Tesco Food Truck, utilising ingredients that you’d find at your local Tesco to prepare a wide array of delicious meals. The popular and warmer appeal of food trucks offered customers a more personal experience. And the most beloved recipes became part of a book, keeping new customers engaged.
